Flow over rough topography, internal waves and mixing in coastal waters, boundary current and meso-scale eddies, boundary layer physics, dynamic connectivity (land-coast-open ocean), sediment transport, bio-physical interactions, ocean modeling, air-sea interactions, climate adaptation, science-based policy development
